Job Title Location: Atlanta, GA Hours: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Responsibilities Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Perform assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies. Follow standardized procedures and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Communicate effectively with manufacturing management and team members. Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers. Adhere to all safety guidelines and use proper safety devices. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production efficiency. Maintain accurate records to ensure product traceability and address quality issues. Support divisional initiatives including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS). Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software effectively. Prioritize and sequence tasks efficiently. Handle and maneuver small components and make critical decisions with minimal supervision. Collaborate with supervisors/managers on performance goals and process improvements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
