Eleven Ad Group is a full-service marketing agency. We work with retail companies nationwide—from the largest automotive groups, home services contractors, and attorneys to Fortune 50 brands—many of whom are #1 in their category. Our fully remote team moves quickly, thinks creatively, and works collaboratively to develop advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive intern to support our account management team. This internship is ideal for someone interested in advertising, marketing, client services, project management, or agency operations.

During the 90-day internship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting client accounts, coordinating advertising projects, and learning how campaigns move from strategy and creative development to execution and reporting.

As an Account Team Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist the account team with the coordination and execution of client projects and advertising campaigns.
\n
• Help organize project details, timelines, deliverables, meeting notes, and follow-up items.
\n
• Learn the processes used to develop creative content for digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising campaigns.
\n
• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions.
\n
• Assist with gathering campaign information, conducting competitor research, and preparing client-facing materials.
\n
• Help communicate project updates and requests between account managers, designers and other internal team members.
\n
• Gain exposure to agency tools and platforms used for project management and communication.
\n

• A strong written and verbal communicator.
\n
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive and willing to ask questions, take initiative, and learn.

• Comfortable collaborating with a fully remote team.
\n
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
\n
• Experienced with Google Workspace and project management platforms is a plus.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in account management, advertising campaign execution, client communication, creative coordination, and agency operations. You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals and gain a better understanding of what it takes to manage successful client relationships and deliver high-quality campaigns in a fast-growing agency environment.
